Do you have the passion for and experience with elder law and helping people navigate the second half of their lives? Are you looking for an opportunity to serve Clark County and surrounding communities and counties?
We are seeking a part-time, contract attorney licensed in Oregon or Washington to assist our firm. We specialize exclusively in elder law, focusing on the following areas:
• Estate Planning
• Probate and Trust Administration
• Special Needs Planning
• Planning for the Second Half of Life
• Medicaid Applications
We are a growing, client-driven firm that strives to be the very best in each of these areas of practice. Our goals are to help our clients safely navigate through the challenges of growing older and to provide them and their families with peace of mind throughout the journey so that they can focus on living fully in the second half of life, and advise their families in carrying out their wishes.
Successful candidates for this position will be as equally driven to serve our clients as we are. Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, a current Oregon or Washington license to practice in good standing, and at least 3 years of experience in elder law. We are especially looking for candidates who have experience in the area of probate and trust administration.
Candidates must enjoy and be able to support the partners by handling their own casework as assigned and supervised, and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and research skills a must.
A remote/work-from-home option may be available for the right candidate.
