I seek out good condition low brass instruments, get necessary repairs done to them, and add replacement parts (felts, springs, oil, grease) and find good homes for them. I have several available, but thought I'd put some samples out on their own.
I have a very straight, entry-level (MS-HS) Yamaha euphonium YEP-201, and it is among the straighter horns I've worked on (in the top 20 anyway). It has a lacquered-brass finish with signs of wear, but quite minimal. There are no dents, but you can see details in the photos - there are minor areas of wear to the finish, but the horn plays wonderfully and is in excellent shape overall. The tubing and valves are in excellent condition and this horn will keep its value (and even appreciate with inflation) with continued care. Due to Yamaha's non-chronological serial numbers, it is not known how old this horn it, but it's condition indicates it's less that 25 years old. (Age is not an issue, as I sell horns that date to the 1950's, with excellent craftsmanship).
New, this model lists for $2700 (https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/YEP201--yamaha-yep-201-3-valve-student-euphonium-clear-lacquer) A great item for holiday gifting, a way to join Tuba Christmas, or to avoid rental costs for newcomers for years to come. It is an excellent "starter" horn, that is the industry standard of high craftsmanship.
I also have a selection of other vintage euphoniums that I've restored over the past few months. These include horns from the 50's-70's including Reynolds and Olds student line (Ambassador) and two of the Olds professional line (Studio) most with a detachable bell. These are great practice horns or actually sound better than many of the available "new" horns that cost far more (and they have no depreciation!). Prices range from $450-600.
Come and give them a try - The Yamaha comes with a custom hard-shell case great for travel. A new Blessing 12C mouthpiece is included.
