Matched set of Van Zandt ROCK single coil pickups - $200 (Kelso, Wa.)

These called "ROCK" and really do if you want them to. I recall them being in the 7.2 k range. The middle pickup is stamped RWRP meaning Reverse Wound, Reverse Polarity and it has to reduce normal hum. You can have white covers instead of the black ones in the pictures if need be.
The bridge pickup has a metal base attached that can be removed. It basically acts like a reflector and fattens the tone with more low/mids also reducing the harsh highs. Google it for more info about it.
