I believe this is from the 90's or maybe early 2000's. Pretty much new old stock, doesn't seem like it was ever really used. These are rare and sought after as not too many people like the new "chainsaw" case style offered from Jackson. These don't come up often, and most definitely never come up as nearly new. Form fitted to fit the Jackson Kelly right handed body only.
