Work Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing routine maintenance and fixing emergency problems as they occur. They must be experienced in areas such as heating & air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and must have excellent communication and customer service skills. They must work with a high sense of urgency while maintaining high-quality standards and must be able to work in a team setting and follow specific directions given.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drywall, painting, plumbing repair, changing door locks, garbage disposals, installing bathroom/kitchen fixtures, replacing appliances and/or performing any other function to get apartment "rent ready" and maintain properties curb appeal.
A Background Check will be performed.
A Drug Test will be performed.
A Credit Check will be performed.
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday.
Status: Full-Time
Probation: 90 days

A minimum 1-year experience.
