Looking to buy a Fixer Upper under 350k (Vancouver WA)

Hi there,
My wife and I have been looking everywhere for a house, but with everyone asking high prices it’s
been hard to find something we can afford. We’re really hoping to find a place we can fix up and make our own.
We have cash ready to buy something, so we don’t need a bank, loan, or appraisal, and we can close quickly.
We’re open to homes in any condition — the more work the better — and would love a little land if possible.
Our budget is under $350,000.
If you (or someone you know) are thinking about selling fast, maybe going through foreclosure, or don’t want to deal with repairs,
we’d love to talk. I’m also happy to pay a $4,000 finder’s fee if I end up buying a property you refer us that we close on.
