The living room and kitchen are fully set up with furniture, TV, WiFi, dining table, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom offered is unfurnished so you can set it up how you like.
About the household: Two people currently live here and we keep things friendly, clean, and respectful. Everyone has their own schedule and the home stays quiet and comfortable. I’m away about 70% of the time, and whenever I’m here, I stay upstairs in the loft and keep to myself.
Rent is $925 and includes:
* High-speed internet (1300mbps)
* Electricity
* Water / sewer / garbage
* Parking inside the gated community
* Use of common areas and in-unit laundry
* Furnished living room with TV, WiFi, couches, patio with plants/seating, etc.
The community also has helpful on-site staff and is close to many grocery stores, coffee, restaurants, and major highways for easy commuting.
The new roommate will need to be added to the lease with the leasing office to receive RFID key card required to enter the property after 5pm, its a gated community with 24/7 security on-site.
Move-in date: January 1, 2026 (flexible a few days early for luggage/storage).
