The house is 100% non-smoking of any kind, mostly quiet, without parties, loud music or noise. Applicant must keep it that way and not be cooking between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
We keep the house fairly clean. So you will need to perform your share of house cleaning, etc. Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent of $600.00 per month. Applicants must have proof of income, such as employment, retirement/pension, or permanent public assistance.
