Two bedrooms are available for rent in a house in Felida. The house is across the street from Shops in Erickson Farms, where Los Portillos restaurant and Creed Coffee shop are.
The two rooms can be rented out separately or together with a shared bath, central a/c and an open kitchen/dining area with 1 refrigerator. There is a laundry space with a washer and dryer, the use of which are also included in the rent.
The house is 100% non-smoking of any kind, mostly quiet, without parties, loud music or noise. Applicants must keep it that way and not be cooking between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
We keep the house fairly clean. So you will need to perform your share of house cleaning, etc. Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent of $600.00 per month per room. Applicants must have proof of income, such as employment, retirement/pension, or permanent public assistance.
