I work from home doing telehealth, so no people coming to the house, it is all online. I assume people know what telehealth is these days post COVID but still get questions on "are people coming to the house" and no, they are not. I am a mental health therapist and need a good portion of alone time due to my work but not completely anti-social. I would love a place to garden but that isn't a deal breaker. Outdoor space for my dogs would be though. I have my own apt now but have a terrible upstairs neighbor and no outdoor space...so am looking but not in any hurry.
