I came up here 10 years ago to take care of mom. She passed 4 yrs ago and i am still just here. Id like to pay rent for a room for a few months instead of wasting money on a hotel or deposits on an apartment(i have sold my home and had 1 apt in the last 3 years i dont want to commit to long term until my plans are final, ive been wasting money at a hotel for a year now). I have a very loving and friendly 9 year old labrador dog. She is fixed and loves animals, people, and everything in between. Looking for a private room, dog friendly, no deposit. I can cook and clean and do stuff for you in lieu of deposit i have a car
