Skilled Facility Maintenance Technician (Residential & Commercial) (Vancouver)

What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and general maintenance issues
• Handle service calls in both residential and commercial properties
• Work independently, assess issues, and complete jobs correctly the first time
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
• Ability to use critical thinking and troubleshoot issues without step-by-step supervision
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and general repairs
• Must provide your own basic tools
• Valid driver’s license and must pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass random drug screening

All candidates must complete a written skills test and a hands-on skills test as part of the hiring process.
