Its dry weight is 3704lbs with a 1066lbs carrying capacity, and it is 22.5’ long, 8’ wide, and 10.08’ tall. The fiberglass body is light and easy to keep clean. Also, no slides so no worries. An electric/propane fridge/freezer gives plenty of food space. Plenty of passthrough storage up front and a large storage space under the bunks. The furnace keeps you warm in winter, and the roof mounted AC keeps you cool in summer. It has an electric awning with lights and outdoor radio speakers and tv cable jacks for entertainment. In addition to the standard options, it also comes with two 20lbs propane tanks, two 12volt marine grade batteries in parallel, a Blackstone with propane quick connect and fridge in the outside kitchen unit, a dvd player, a handmade bunk ladder, a pantry caddy, hookups (water, cable, electric, sewage), dish rack, bathroom caddies, camper queen cooling mattress topper and cover, some tools, and an antisway hitch already assembled. Although not currently installed, it’s wired for solar and a backup camera. This model does come with the extreme weather package meaning infrared insulation and heat reflection, an upgraded furnace, and a heated/enclosed underside. More info below in the pictures.
