Regional Heavy Haul Driver
*Route: Primarily I-5 Corridor with occasional trips to Eastern Oregon & Washington
*Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11–12 hour days
*Home Time: Most nights at home; Potential 1–2 nights out per week
*Pay: Flat rate per load + extra for multi-drops; incentive pay after 90 days
*Annual Earnings: $70,000–$91,000
*Equipment: Trucks - CAT-powered, 18-speed / Trailers: Flatbed/Conestoga
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years CDL experience - preferred, willing to train the right person with at least one year experience.
*Acceptable driving record
*Experience strapping lumber loads preferred
*TWIC preferred but not required
*No pets or riders (insurance policy)
*Trucks can be parked at our Vancouver or Longview yards
