This is an aluminum frame storm window designed to be screwed to the existing window frame. Once installed, it can be tilted up to clean underneath. The dimensions are 551/4" x 633/4". It's meant for a large picture window. It's in decent shape with no cracks in the glass. If you'd like it, contact me and I can tell you where to pick it up.
