Other things - DIY'er material thingy's - odds and ends.
Paints that were stored outside and have some life left to them. Some wood staining materials. The lids look scary, but if you had to just throw X amount of paint on something to make your day brighter for free - give it a whirl.
Some garden materials. Not all of it is perfect, and the DIY'er might pull a few more miles out of something.
The landscape sprayer: The yellow one needs some TLC.
RV Awning/Tarping (White, Black, Tan) material: This is new, and were cut extras. They're a lil' dirty, but have total life to 'em.
5x White Plastic Tubes: These are clean and had film wrapping on them for production - good for DIY materials.
Hornet/Wasp spray.
Water-Stop Cement: Don't know the status of this, but it was stored for who knows how long and someone with real knowledge on the stuff would be able to make a call on if it has any life left to it - it seems full - I never looked inside to evaluate the contents.
14" full size spare tire. 'Has a very slow leak, but tire sealant has not been utilized on it - always nice to have a full size spare. It has held air but needs topping off every couple/few months or so. It should get you out of a pinch if necessary - just keep up on checking on it here and there.
