I am looking for a place to park my 5th wheel. I am fully self contained. I haul off black water in a portable tank. Most are ok with grey water on the ground. I have solar and a generator. I would prefer access to water to fill the tank.
I stay in the trailer about 50% of the time. I live a ways from The Dalles but work in TD. I would prefer the south east area/Dufur area. I would like to be within 15 minutes out from TD.
I am not a city person. So a trailer park does not work for me. I do have a 2.5 year old lab that travels with me. He is a country boy as well and well behaved. He does not chase animals as I do not let him. He does have a ball habit and chases tennis balls.
I am an educated professional. I am quiet.
I’m willing to help out with property maintenance. I do have equipment that I can bring up. I’m open to ideas. Looking for a quiet place, out of sight, out of mind. A place to throw the ball for the dog. A place to walk the dog. Security is a plus as I am not around all the time.
