Tri color Border Collie mix

Intact 5 months old
No collar (always gets out of them) not chipped (yet)
Went missing on early morning February 13th
First time hes ever gotten loose so most likely scared out of his mind!
He was seen on his first day missing with another dog so he may be trying to make friends

BEEN SEEN ON:
East scenic drive
Dry Hallow
16 & Quinton
Old dufur road
In Mc Claskey Orchards

And last seen out near 3000 Three Mile Road
Or somewhere near The Rock Pit on Three Mile Road

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP if you’ve seen him or can even get him somehow caught/trapped!
He is still a baby and I just want him home!
I would be eternally grateful
