We are small residential builder/developer. We are in current need of an accountant to help us with our books, getting them ready for tax reporting, and entering and keeping up on entries, as well as all of the standard items necessary to have clean books. Our books are in decent order, and we have a full time bookkeeper, however we are a busy office, and are currently understaffed, and are in need of a higher level accountant to manage the books.
This job would start out as a contract job, then could possibly turn into a full or part time job, or possibly a maintenance type job where you would come in several days a month.
If you are well versed in Quick books, and have some experience with Real Estate and construction, are a team player, with a great attitude and excellent work ethic, please send resume and some information about yourself.
