Excellent Customer service skills
Proficient with Quick Books
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel & Word
Exceptional ability to communicate
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing workflow is helpful
Willingness to work in a small company environment and to pick up tasks or projects outside of primary responsibilities
Process Purchase Orders/Creating sales orders
Light bookkeeping/accounting duties
Managing and maintaining a filing system
Coordinate shipping and receiving as needed
Manage and create excel spreadsheets
High School Graduate or equivalent
Work Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 M-F (Days/Hours TBD)
25+ hours per week.
We are a small locally owned company who values our employees and is looking to hire someone to assist our office. We feel this would be a good fit for possibly a college student, a part time working parent etc. Must be proficient with Quick Books, Word, Excel, and other basic office knowledge. This job is an integral position that serves as one of the primary contacts for customers and business partners. This position requires a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem solving skills.
