Client Services Manager

What Matters Most:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, client services, or operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office required; Knowledge of Schwab Advisor Center, Salesforce, and portfolio management software preferred
  • Strong knowledge of investment management, estates, tax planning, and trust and estate administration preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Active Oregon Notary commission preferred
Your New Role:

Looking to step into the big leagues? Now’s your chance! We’re working on a Client Services Manager role with a mission-driven investment services firm that views the world of finance through a progressive lens. They’re seeking someone with high emotional intelligence and an ability to not only connect with clients, but support them on a range of financial topics. If you’re hired for the job, you’ll work with both clients and advisors to establish accounts, ensure goals are translated, and help to coordinate the onboarding process. You’ll take care of client requests that revolve around asset transfers, address changes, charitable gifts, tax statements, and more. You’ll also help your colleagues get a handle on relevant procedures and documentation. If you’ve worked with Charles Schwab systems in the past, that experience will definitely transfer well into your workflow as a Client Services Manager here. Know how to foster relationships with CPAs and attorneys? They’ll tap into that too! In order to make a stellar impact (and great impression!), you’ll need to take some major initiative.
