This is a brand new scooter, used once. It works, no issues, just wasn't possible for me with scoliosis to properly balance myself on this scooter. It can go up to 18mph with 15 mile range. Charger included.

Has a headlight and rear light, which flashes and increases brightness when the brakes are applied. Has reflectors on front/back/sides.
