I bought this bike in 2021 from REI. It has been ridden under 2,000 miles. Overall, it is in very good shape. I upgraded a few components, including the seatpost, saddle with bag, tires, pedals and handlebar from the stock parts. Here is what Cannondale says: “Built for gravel adventures, trekking, commuting and more, the Topstone Neo 5 e-bike is a capable and versatile choice for chasing routes less traveled.” Sounds good to me!
