If you're looking for a decent + reliable bicycle for commuting or just to get around town, and you don't want to spend the big bucks on a new one, then read on. I'm a longtime Portland-area bike builder, and I have many older but decent quality road bikes and hybrid/commuter bikes available. Some of these bikes have already been refurbished and are now in excellent ready-to-ride condition, while many others are "project" bikes that I still need to service and replace any worn-out parts.

Mainly I sell fully refurbished bikes to people that don't have the time or the patience (or the expertise) to work on bikes themselves. But I'm also willing to selling you a "project" bike so you can save some money by doing the refurbishing work yourself (Bike Farm in inner NE Portland and Community Cycling Center on Alberta St. in NE are good resources for working on your bike).

Mostly what I have are older steel-frame bikes from the 1980's and 90's, but I also have aluminum frame bikes and even a few mountain bikes. Brands include (but are not limited to): Bianchi, Bridgestone, Cannondale, Centurion, Fuji, Kona, Novara (REI brand), Peugeot, Raleigh, Specialized, Schwinn, Trek, and others.

Prices will vary depending on the quality and condition of the bike you end up selecting, but most of the bike I sell will be in the $175 to $250 range. I also have some nicer / more expensive road bikes available if you're looking for something a bit lighter and faster.

I have included pics of some of the bikes I currently have available, but I have many more bikes available than just the ones that are shown in the pics.

So if you're looking for either a fully refurbished bike or a "project" bike, please email me with the following info:

• Type of bicycle you are interested in (road bike, mountain bike, hybrid/commuter bike etc.)
• Your height (or your frame size if you know it)
• The price range you're looking to stay in

Once I know your height and what type of bike you're looking for (and your price range), I can check to see if I have something that might work for you and is in your price range.

Thanks for reading, and I hope to hear from you soon!
