An electric scooter called 'Joyor Y9 Plus' for sale for pickup! Its maximum speed is 38MPH, though I rode on it the highest speed of 37MPH. It works and runs if you lift the back wheel up in the air and run it, but to sit and ride on it it doesn't work, since it needs to be taken to a professional scooter shop, and you can find a shop that can fix it usually online or in your area. The issue with it is when riding on it, it stutters and it is something called a 'short'. It worked well before this happened. Really fun and really fast!! Tires are in good shape. It has 3 different speeds and has a throttle to run. Comes with electric charger, and 2 Anti-Theft control pads with different settings. Has an alarm system that helps the scooter from being stolen, and very loud alarm! Front part of the scooter folds down, and has a removable seat. Charges for about 8-10 hours, and runs for about 1 and 1/2 hours on full charge. Has left and right blinkers, a horn, and lights that can be turned on/off. Front light though flickers, due to being used a lot, so may need a new front light. ORIGINAL COST FOR THIS SCOOTER IS ABOUT OVER $1,200!! And taking it to a professional scooter shop will only be around an additional $200-$350! WILL NOT WORK UNLESS THE ENGINE IS FIXED MANUALLY OR BY SCOOTER SHOP!!! Pick-Up and Cash Only.
