Well maintained icon of cruising class, this Catalina gets up to speed a bit faster thanks to the Tall Rig configuration (extra sail area on both main and genoa thanks to increased mast height). New sails (135% furling genoa and main with 25%/50% reef points) help you get there with minimal adjustments. Ample cabin space courtesy of the broad beam allow for comfortable cruising or entertaining. All cabin upholstery in excellent shape, cockpit cushions available as well.

No trailer, no slip. New owner will have to move boat to own slip within ~2 weeks of purchase.
Test sails with $500 earnest (deposit) cash money only, $400 refundable if no purchase. Happy to show boat in slip otherwise.
