Hitch mount, four bike carrier. Well used and won't win any beauty pageants, but very functional. Missing some rubber straps that can be purchased from Yakima. However, ball bungees seem to work just as well. Carrier has a "pivot pin" that allows you to open SUV doors without removing bikes and carrier.
