Are you looking for a Property Manager position close to Downtown? Would you like to live in a BRAND-NEW Micro-Loft COMMUNITY? C&R Real Estate Services Co. is seeking a Property Manager to work a FLEXIBLE 10 hour per week at Kōz on Yamhill, a 30 unit micro-loft community located in Goose Hollow. This is a brand-new property featuring 288 square foot loft units with efficiency kitchens. The unit reserved for the manager is 310 square feet, if you choose to live onsite! $18/HR with a BONUS PROGRAM and 15% RENT DISCOUNT if you CHOOSE to live at Kōz!

The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments, grounds keeping, readying units to rent, and common area cleaning. You can live off-site, but you need to live close by. If you choose to live onsite, you will receive 15% off rent, with internet and utilities PAID. This is a brand new property so property management skills are a plus, however, you will be considered if you have strong customer service, sales and/or management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES and ABILITIES
The Property Manager is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents; collection and tracking of payments; placing Craigslist ads and entering data into the computer; preparation of paperwork and notices; maintaining files, records, grounds and common areas. Developing and sustaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

- Marketing vacancies

- Walking grounds and keeping them tidy
- Enforcing rules fairly
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer knowledge

- Experience with AMSI or YARDI a plus! Light Maintenance Skills a plus too!

REQUIRED SKILLS
The Resident Manager must have great customer service skills, be punctual and detail oriented. The Resident Manager must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self motivated and energetic. Our Resident Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly, have stellar attention to detail, and must be able to pass a criminal background investigation if offered the position.
