Vintage womens black wool felt hat. Ruth Heberling. Very good condition. Pleats on either side of crown with slit on right side for a feather. Grosgrain ribbon hatband and a grosgrain "chin strap" (or back strap). Says 22 1/2, but actual measurement is closer to 19 1/2. Brim measures about 12" front to back and about 13" side to side. Photo looks dusty gray, but it is black.
