Pink velvet ribbon around brim and original bunches of posies (silk? & velvet?) on back of brim. Velvet covered wire "anchor" and thin elastic strap (slightly stretched in spots). "Anchor" and hatband slightly discolored. A little under 9" front to back, and a little over 9" side to side. The inside circumference is approximately 19".
