CreakyJoint Yoga is a fun and friendly class for those who may
not be as limber and fit as they once or never were.
I use modified yoga poses on mats and chairs, full-body stretching,
and balancing postures for increased flexibility and body awareness.
I studied tai chi chuan with the same teacher for
almost 20 years and taught it for over 15.
I have practiced yoga for 19 years --
many styles, many teachers and have been meditating since 1987.
If you are looking for an exercise class that quiets the mind,
lifts the spirit and energizes the body, you would probably really
enjoy this class. Just sayin'..
