My name is Kyle and I am a personal trainer and owner of REPS Lifestyle, or REPS for short. I moved to Portland with my brother a few months ago and I am looking for motivated individuals who want to live a healthy lifestyle. I offer personal training, nutrition recommendations, and also sport specific coaching if you are an athlete or have kids who are in sports. I am a former college baseball and basketball athlete but I grew up playing almost every sport. I've learned a lot of interesting exercises and training methods being an athlete and I am here to share my knowledge with anyone interested.
As far as personal training goes, I charge $40 per session but will take $5 off with each additional session you book per week. For example, if you want to train twice per week it will only be $35 per session or $70 per week. My training sessions will include such things as interval training, strength building, flexibility improvement, posture correction, cardio building, core stabilization, agility movements, speed drills, Tai Chi, and yoga. I do travel to my clients but also have a home gym here at my house in NE Portland. Some of my clients have gyms in their apartment complexes, some like to train at their homes, or if you have a 24 hour membership I can meet you at that gym as well.
