Portland has a long tradition of creativity and reflective living. Find Your Calm is a four week, live online, guided introduction to mindfulness meditation offered by Myndtree.
Live weekly small group sessions meet 8am to 9am, Saturday mornings, Pacific Time.
This series is designed for beginners, as well as anyone returning to practice and looking for a steady, supportive rhythm. Rather than quick fixes or complicated techniques, the focus is on simple practices that support long term healing, discernment, and inner stability.
