We are looking for a sharp, organized, and empathetic Tech Support Coordinator to be the "Air Traffic Control" for our team. This is a remote, part-time position starting in November with a clear path to full-time as we expand.
THE MISSION
You are the frontline. You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the primary support system for our technicians in the field. Your job is to make sure every customer is heard and every technician is where they need to be.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Dispatch & Logistics: Handle incoming calls and texts, diagnose the basic tech issue, and schedule the right technician for the job.
Coordination: Manage the daily calendars of multiple technicians across various locations.
Problem Solving: Act as the liaison during active jobs. If a tech is delayed or a project expands, you handle the communication and keep everyone happy.
Basic Sales: Help potential clients understand our value and get them booked on the calendar.
Culture Building: Be the "people person" for our techs—checking in on them and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Great Communicator: You have a professional, warm, and confident phone and text presence.
Multitasker: You can manage a ringing phone, a text thread, and a calendar simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
Tech-Literate: You don't need to be a coder, but you should understand the difference between a router and a hard drive.
Reliable & Poised: You stay calm when things get busy and are a natural at de-escalating stressful situations.
Remote Ready: You have a dedicated quiet workspace, a reliable computer, and a high-speed internet connection to handle calls and coordinate tasks effectively.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Training Period (First 2 Weeks): $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (1099 Contractor status). Approximately 10 hours/week.
Post-Training Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour upon transition to permanent W-2 Employee status.
Hours: Ramps up to 20+ hours/week following successful training.
Incentives: Eligible for performance-based bonuses and our company profit-sharing program.
Future: Strong potential to grow into a full-time leadership/operations role.
