Support Technician provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems of low to moderate complexity. Provides support to the System Administrator as requested.
Needs be reliable, take some direction when needed but work with minimal supervision while taking increasing responsibilities. Ability to change tasks as priorities demand then return to previous task.

Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems Windows 7, 8 and 10 and application suites in business environment helpful
Understanding of networking fundamentals helpful
Knowledge of remote support options helpful
Works in an office and shop environment
May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs
Own transportation helpful
$15.00 hour to start
16 – 20 hours per week in 4-hour minimum shifts
Flexible workdays and hours within M – F 8am to 5pm
Location is close to PDX airport
Trimet route 72 bus stop at the front of building
Required to pass a criminal background check and take a pre-employment drug screening.
