We are currently hiring for a Guest Experience Manager at our Tansbourne and Timberland locations.
Being available to work one weekend shift a week is a must!
Answering phone calls.
Checking guests in and out and booking appointments.
Greeting guests upon arrival.
Accepting coaching in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.

Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Respond to customer problems or complaints.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Possess basic math and cash handling skills.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Have strong phone and computer skills.
Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
Previous salon and/or retail experience (preferred).
Be able to prioritize and successfully perform multiple tasks while staying cool, calm, and friendly.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work 4+ hours on your feet at a time.
