Our Leasing Agent works 20/hours per-week, part-time, Thursday - Saturday at Halsey Station Apartments, a 124 unit community with lovely grounds, located in Portland close to Cascade Station and Glendoveer Golf and Tennis Club. If you have great customer service abilities, are well spoken, understand how to present yourself in a professional manner, have genuine enthusiasm, and would like to learn about property management and leasing--this opportunity could be for you! If you already have industry knowledge--that's a big PLUS! The hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

You MUST be available to work weekends. The Leasing Consultant assists the Property Manager with all aspects of property management, with an emphasis on leasing apartments. You don't have to live onsite, but if you choose to live on-site you will receive a 15% DISCOUNT ON RENT, Apartments come with WASHERS AND DRYERS IN UNIT and you can enjoy the POOL!

The Leasing Consultant will assist the Property Manager in showing units and screening prospective residents, collection and tracking of payments, preparation of paperwork and notices while maintaining files and records. Maintaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

Responsibilities Include:

The Leasing Consultant must have great customer service skills, be punctual and detail oriented. The Leasing Agent must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self motivated and energetic. Our Leasing Consultant should also possess the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail, and must be able to pass a criminal background investigation if offered the position
