Do you have outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS with MARKETING PANACHE? Do you have an ability to stay organized while multi-tasking for an entry-level position in the field of Property Management? Are you available to work weekends? This Leasing Agent position may be FOR YOU!!! The Leasing Agent position is FULL TIME-40 hours a week from Friday to Tuesday, WEEKENDS are a MUST. You would not be required to live onsite for this position but if chosen you will get a 15% discount on rent for a 2-bedroom apartment! You are eligible to participate in our medical benefits plan the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment.

The Leasing Agent assists the Property Manager with all aspects of property management, with an emphasis on leasing units.

The Leasing Consultant will assist the Property Manager in showing units and screening prospective residents, collection and tracking of payments, preparation of paperwork and notices while maintaining files and records. Maintaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.
