Service Manager- Access Control (NE Portland)

compensation: Salary depending on experience
employment type: full-time

NE Portland Company is now hiring an inside office admin for full time office position, 40 hours a week. Family owned company with 87 employees. Dispatch of a 23 person field team.

Full benefit package offered, including the following after probation periods:
- 5 days of sick pay

The ideal candidate would be:
- detail oriented
- able to thrive in a hectic open office environment
- able to multi-task and prioritize, accurately predicting time expected to complete assigned tasks.
- able to organize well and stay on top of several small construction projects at one time, retaining info on each project
- self-motivated
- a people person

Simple single layer CAD experience would be helpful but not required.

We stay busy year round.

Responsibilities Include:

-Dispatch/Scheduling with clients and service techs (heavy phones and emails)
-Paperwork (intake and organization)

Required Skills:

-MS Office (Excel, Publisher, Word)
-Customer Service expert
-Excellent Typing skills
