It's time to thin the heard. I've owned this gem for about 8 years, when I started the restoration and for the last 5 years it's just been stored with little work done. I am the 4th owner, the last owners were all in one family since 1968. Before I got it it was stored 12 years, always under cover.
So there was very little cancer or damage, the last owner decided to sell because he lost his storage place.
It was born with a 327, 2 barrel, single exhaust, Power Glide. Completely stock when I got it.
I striped everything out of it and this is what I have done.
Completely went through the 10 bolt rearend with 3:73 gears and a Alburn locker, every part including brakes is brand new.
The motor is a fresh 383 Stroker w/ Dart heads approx. 5k miles when I bought it. I fired it on a start stand before install. Trans is a TH400 with a fresh rebuild never driven. All front and rear suspention parts are new. New aluminum radiator. Headman headers.
Most all the body work has been done, very little left. Only one rust spot "repaired" (see pic'). Rear footwell and floor boards cleaned, seam sealed and Por 15 applied. New seat, carpet, headliner, all other panels finished in black. Interior painted black, ready to be installed. Back glass new tinted glass not film. New heater core, new wiring needs finished.
Extra's. New 2" Cowel Hood, New Bumpers. New Ididit tilt column. New Power Disc Front Brakes. Most all parts are there to finish this project
If your interested you need to come look it over. Call with Questions, Offers only after you have looked it over !! Part trade possible. I'm not interested in Boats, Trailers, Unfinished projects, I have plenty of those.
