I love this van and I'm struggling to let it go.
Physically it looks pretty nice.
It's been painted and it has newer carpet.
It has a new thermostat, ball joints, tie rods and shift linkage.
The person I bought it from got it at auction and said it had sat for several years.
It runs and drives but it will need engine work to be 100%.
Cylinder one has low compression and it could use a new steering rack.
This van would be perfect for a Subaru swap.
I know where there's a good running engine you can have for free.
I might be down to trade for another running driving Vanagon, Honda Element, VW Beetle, Datsun, classic van or maybe some other classic car.
I'd prefer an automatic so I don't want to put a bunch of time and money into it.
