VoIP Collaboration Engineer – Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Cisco Call Manager and Unity voicemail at a large enterprise customer located in Portland, Oregon. Candidate must have Cisco certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Cisco Call Manager and Unity voicemail or equivalent education. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The following are the duties associated with being a Cochran VoIP Collaboration Engineer. Other duties may be assigned.

Call Manager and Unity administration.
Manage vendors in support of voice and video projects.
Ability to work within a large enterprise customer.
Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Support, train and contribute to the design and optimization of technology solutions that enable business collaboration.
Maintain a sufficient level of expertise with the organization’s current collaboration platforms.
Maintain current knowledge of the rapidly changing collaboration technology market.
Engage with Managers and Project Sponsors to develop scope and vision for all collaboration related projects.
Maintain detailed documentation of collaboration patterns in use throughout the organization and maintain standards for new collaboration solution designs.
Primary contact for any questions related to how collaboration systems work from a business and technical perspective.
Second level support of Cisco VoIP related to user tickets and/or outage related support.
Communicate changes, enhancements and modifications to stakeholders.

Bachelor of Science in technical related field or equivalent work experience.

Language Ability

Computer Skills

Certificates and Licenses
Cisco CCNA, CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration. CCIE Collaboration preferred.
