I think it is VERY nice but I had a chance to upgrade - so now it is surplus to me.
I'll take the loss, so you can gain.
BTW: You can buy 43" 4K TVs new for $199, but they're not SONYs. The difference is subtle, but now that I have lived with it, I can really feel it. YMMV
