On-Call Event Assistant for Professional Headshot Sessions (Portland Metro)
Local professional photography studio is building a list of on-call event assistants to help at headshot events throughout the Portland area.
Typical duties may include:
Organizing and keeping the line moving smoothly
Taking down names / checking in attendees
Assisting with basic setup or light adjustments in the shooting area
Helping attendees feel prepared and comfortable before stepping in front of the camera
Details:
Pay: $22–$35 per hour (depending on experience and role at the event)
Schedule: Shifts are usually part-day or single-day events (3–6 hours is common)
Location: Corporate offices, colleges, event venues, etc. within the Portland metro and surrounding area
Experience: No photography skills required. Ideally, you are very comfortable in front of the camera yourself and can convey that comfort and confidence to attendees before their session.
A professional, reliable, and personable demeanor is essential.
