Crew Members are entry level positions. All Team Members are responsible for outstanding customer service, knowledge of all food and beverage products, learning all stations in the restaurant, proper equipment handling procedures, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, following all safety and sanitation procedures, and other projects as assigned. All Shifts available, including nights and weekends.

Wages and Benefits for Part-time Hourly Team Members:
• Starting base wage: minimum wage, plus tips
• Shift differential pay of 15% of base wage for graveyard and early morning shifts
• Paid sick leave
• 401(K) Retirement plan with employer match
• Parking pass or Tri-Met allowance of $35 per month
• Free shift meals
• Retail discounts at most shops at the airport, can be 20% or more
• Subsidized training and certification (e.g., OLCC server permit and ServSafe)
