I possess many years of accounting experience and have worked with other small businesses in the Portland area. I am extremely proficient with QuickBooks software.
Although I am not a CPA, I can accommodate all of your basic bookkeeping and accounting needs. As an independent contractor with low overhead, I can offer you a very reasonable hourly rate. If you need my expertise, please email me, and we can discuss it.
The following is a brief overview of my abilities:
*Set up or catch up on QuickBooks for a new or existing business
*Set up a new business.
*Run Payroll as needed. This includes processing paychecks and withholding checks, filing quarterly Payroll reports with the state of Oregon and the IRS, and making remittances online or by check.
*Prepare financial statements in a timely and accurate manner as needed.
*Provide business reports as needed.
