26 ft trailer, King pin hitch receiver, a fifth wheel rv originally - stripped and used by prior owner as flat bed trailer.
We built a framed shell 8.5 ft wide, with asphalt shingle roof rear, metal roof forward. Two rooms separated by double / french doors. Larger room insulated primarily with rockwool, forward room with foam board.
Project which housed a murphy style queen bed, serving as guest and office space 2020-2022. Electric routed - outlets with USB ports, led light fixture, live via extension cord plug in. Breaker box include but not installed. Furniture now removed leaving open space for you to make it your own. Not titled.
Parked in RV storage lot in St Helens, Oregon. Moderately motivated seller.
