iGen4500DFc Digital Inverter generator. Uses propane or gasoline (we've never used it with gasoline so all components will be clean). Easy to start, quiet. Always kept in a camper or basement - never stored outside. Includes accessories - small propane tank, hoses and regulators for attaching to RV propane supply and user manual. This is a $1,200 generator that was used for probably 25 hours max on a camping trip. It has been stored in the basement and consequently the firing mechanism is not functioning properly. It's not a difficult fix for someone who's handy but we don't have time so we're pricing it low to take the repair into account.
