Very nice full size futon. Action works great. Upgraded to a thick premium mattress locally made at Rock Soft Futon on SE Hawthorne in Portland. Mattress has always been covered. No stains. Cover not included.

Will need to be disassembled to transport. Requires Allen wrench. I can help disassemble and load.
