Pasture raised hens. Our hens thrive on rich green pasture grasses while reveling on an extra diet of seeds and insects that non-pastured, cage free chickens don't get. This helps the hens produce large to extra large golden yolk eggs, rich in flavor, along with a superior nutrition containing higher levels of omega-3, plus extra vitamins A, D, and E.

Note - Per Oregon Farm to Table Egg regulations, all eggs are refrigerated within 24 hours of collection. Winter/rainy season the dirty eggs are washed to remove mud prior to refrigeration. Otherwise, clean eggs are unwashed but refrigerated. Eggs have not been graded nor inspected.
